Ellie Mental Health in Lexington, MA is looking for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) who are seeking a different employment experience to ignite their creativity while minimizing the barriers that come with traditional therapy practices.
As a Lead Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor at Ellie Mental Health’s locally owned and operated clinic in Lexington, MA, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.
By offering centralized support for inquires, scheduling, client/therapist matching, insurance contracting, billing and collections, our providers get to focus on what they love most – providing world-class mental health services. We believe providing a fantastic experience for our providers is a critical link to better care and better outcomes in mental health.
Salary Range: $86,000 - $121,000

Responsibilities include:
• Supervising other marriage and family therapists.
• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.
• For Full-Time status, must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week or make as much as you want with more clients.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Massachusetts clinical licensure (LMFT).
• Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
